Site Survey and Client Brief
This first step is an opportunity to sit down with our clients and go through the project's requirements and ideas in detail. Data collected during a site survey will map out scaled 2D and 3D models of the garden used as the framework for subsequent design development.
Concept Design, Visuals & Masterplanning
This stage is where we spend time developing the concept for the garden, producing scaled 2D and 3D designs that illustrate the proposed 'Big Idea' for the space. A presentation with accompanying precedent images, mood boards, planting and construction palettes are presented alongside the drawings to convey some of the key themes and overall tone of the garden. 3D visuals and sectional elevations will help to illustrate the ideas and reflect the overarching concept.
Construction Detailing, Setting Out Plans, Specification & Costing Reports
Construction detailing will break down the process for delivering the build to specification. The setting out plan gives accurate measurements to help mark out on site during the build. A costing report will consider all elements of the project from materials, plants, waste and labour - giving a more accurate estimate for completion of the works.

Planting Design
Bespoke planting plans will be provided alongside a plant spreadsheet and plant schedule. Our ecologically sensitive planting process aims to create communities of plants suited to their environment, building resilience and longevity from inception.
Stewardship Plans
An accompanying stewardship plan will indicate the vision for ongoing aftercare of the garden moving beyond project completion.
Project Oversight
Overseeing and communicating throughout the project's installation.
